We have been made aware of some calls and text messages being made to tenants by individuals falsely claiming to represent a heating company. Please read this notice carefully and do not engage with these contacts.
Tenants are being targeted by scammers impersonating a heating company and are being contacted by phone and text to arrange visits for boiler repairs and replacements. These contacts are not genuine.
If you receive a call or text of this nature, please do not respond, confirm any appointments, provide personal information, or allow access to your home.
If you have already received one of these calls or texts, please report it to us as soon as possible. If you believe you may have shared personal information or granted access to your property as a result, please contact us immediately.
Decarbonisation Works
You should not engage with any other company or individual regarding these works. Any contractors appointed by Keelman will have a valid ID to be checked and tenants can always call Keelman Homes to confirm any real appointments and/or contractors.
