Our repairs services are now provided by our new partner Karbon Homes.
Repair Responsibilities:
As your landlord, it is our responsibility to ensure your home is structurally sound, safe, weathertight, and has hot water and heating.The responsibility for repairing and maintaining homes is shared between Keelman Homes and our customers.

Pest control:
The treatment of pests or vermin affecting your home is a tenant responsibility, unless there are outstanding repairs to your home which are contributing to an infestation or rats in your home. The maintenance of shared communal areas, including bin stores, laundry rooms, entranceways, common rooms and greenspaces, is our responsibility.
If you are experiencing any problems with pests, we recommend that you contact a professional tradesperson or your Local Authority. You can book an appointment with their pest control team directly online or over the phone. To find out more and get in touch visit Gateshead Council’s website.
