Keelman Homes teamed up with Karbon Homes in 2023 to provide value for money tenancy services for its current and future customers through Karbon’s cost sharing vehicle (CSV) Karbon Solutions.
The partnership sees Karbon deliver all tenancy management services and responsive repairs to over 300 Keelman homes across Gateshead.

Homes England is an executive non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.
We have previously worked with delivery partners including Esh Group and Keepmoat Homes. We are always interested in engaging in new partnerships that could improve services to our tenants and create new homes.
