The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) sets out four consumer standards, Safety & Quality, Transparency, Influence & Accountability, the Neighbourhood & Community standard and Tenancy. The standards relate specifically to the services that we provide to tenants.
Our self-assessment against the consumer standards has involved a staff review of the standards and the evidence of compliance.
