Mark is a people development and organisational capability specialist with over 20 years’ experience in HR across retail, logistics, technology, manufacturing and consultancy, including FTSE 250 environments. He currently works with organisations across the North East on leadership, workforce development and workplace culture.
He was previously Head of People Business Partnering for a national retailer, supporting more than 1,500 colleagues across Technology, Supply Chain, Contact Centre and Manufacturing, and People Experience Manager for a well-known travel agents, where he led the business’s first colleague engagement survey.
Joining the board in 2026, Mark brings experience of managing organisational change, employee relations, safeguarding and leadership development. He is a qualified coach and Mental Health First Aider, and mentors young people and families.
