Crystal is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is currently a Director for a national homelessness charity, where she leads the charity’s work across the north and the programme to fund and acquire homes across the region.
She has held senior leadership roles across the housing and charity sectors, including Assistant Director of Housing and Customer Services for a Council ALMO, where she was responsible for services to 27,000 tenants, and Executive Director of Development for a local Housing Association. She is President of Women in Social Housing and has won a Northern Power Women award for Innovation.
Joining the board in 2026, Crystal brings extensive experience of housing management, regulatory compliance, partnership working and strategic leadership.
