Shared Ownership

What is Shared Ownership?

A portion of all our new build homes are Shared Ownership properties which offers an affordable way to get on the housing ladder. This route provides flexibility to sell and move on at any time while still benefitting from any increase in property prices.

How does it work?

Our customer owns a percentage of their home and the other percentage is rented from us. Customers can ‘staircase’, which means they increase the share of the home they own when they can, reducing the rent they pay to us, until the property is owned outright.

We currently have no new Shared Ownership properties available.
