We charge below market rent to help keep housing costs as manageable as possible for our customers. By doing this, we aim to support long-term tenancy sustainment and provide people with a secure place to call home.
Keelman Homes has over 250 affordable homes across the Gateshead region that are a secure tenancy.
Any available Affordable Rent properties will be advertised on Gateshead Home Choice Portal. This is refreshed weekly and must be bid on via this service – please note that we cannot accept applications directly and we cannot place bids for you.
