The new partnership will see Karbon deliver all tenancy management services and responsive repairs to over 300 Keelman homes across Gateshead.

Karbon Solutions is a cost sharing vehicle which allows organisations like housing associations to benefit from the Cost Sharing Exemption on services by making VAT savings on labour.”

Keelman Homes joins Karbon Homes, Castles and Coasts Housing Association and Eden Housing Association, as members of Karbon Solutions.
In total, Karbon Solutions will now provide services to 9,349 homes.
